Our signature PAC(K) Training format was born when our co-founder, Terry Williams, was working with an NFL athlete in an off-season conditioning camp. When the athlete arrived, he commented to Coach Terry that he recognized some of the movement patterns he was coaching an elderly client through. He noted that even this older, heavier set body with a history of joint complications, was able to do the same movements the pro’s do, but at a level that “every body” can understand and perform. From this, Terry worked with our team to form our unique system called PAC(K) Training, rooted in the principles of Power, Aerobics and Circuit Training. This gives The League a special lane in coaching, allowing us to use movement patterns authentic to athletics, but accessible to the masses.
