  • PAC(K) Training ensures maximal results for all and has a modifiable design suiting beginners and experts alike. It always follows the same format but no two sessions are exactly alike. We care about proper form and working hard, while getting better everyday! PAC(K) stands for:

    Power: strength and power focus

    Aerobics: cardio focus

    Circuit Training: rotation through circuit stations, combining dynamic strength training and HIIT cardio

    (K)EEP MOVING! This is our mantra and our mindset — in workouts and in life outside of the gym, this is our challenge to you!

  • Everyone! PAC(K) Training is modifiable for anyone at any level. Let the instructor know if you want more or less intensity and the movements will be modified to challenge you at your level. We have total beginners, marathon runners, folks rehabbing injuries, professional athletes, pregnant women... anyone can do it!

  • An athletic-style full body workout: you'll leave challenged and sweaty!

    Community: The League has a very social vibe, like a fitness family!

  • Go to the Pricing page and click any of the links next to your choice. Follow the prompts through the Mindbody portal. Then go to the “Schedule” tab and click “Sign Up Now” next to the class you want to attend and you’ll be added to the list! We ask that you sign in for classes online or through the Mindbody Connect App ahead of time to reserve your spot in a PAC(K) class.

    We max our classes at 32, so participation will be granted on a “first signed-in” basis if the class is full. Those who are signed into class "reserve" their spot, but at 5 minutes before class begins, the waitlist opens up for those who have arrived and are waiting for a spot.

  • Nope! We know life happens. We don’t penalize Leaguers for being late or missing class. You’ll get your class credit back on your account.

  • The League has two monthly packages (Unlimited PAC(K) and Basic PAC(K)) and they are month-to-month, not requiring an annual/long-term commitment. Our monthly packages automatically renew on the same day each month. For example, if you activate your package on April 5, it will renew on May 5 and run on the 5th of each month going forward.

    Please note that any classes not used during a package cycle (i.e. 2 classes per week for the Basic Package) are forfeited and will not be exercisable in the next cycle. You can cancel your package at any time, given 30-day written notice prior to the next billing date. If you choose to return to The League, you will be placed into the current pricing structure regardless of the pricing of your original rates.

  • Nope! For our monthly packages (Unlimited PAC(K) and Basic PAC(K)), you can choose the day of the month to have your package run.

  • Yes, you must be 16 years of age to train in a group class at The League, however, our personal training sessions are for any age!

  • You can cancel your package at any time, given 30-day written notice prior to the next billing date. If you choose to return to The League, you will be placed into the current pricing structure regardless of the pricing of your original rates. Email info@packtraining.com to request cancellation.

  • Yes! We offer personal training and we’d love to connect with you. Please email us your PT inquiry at info@packtraining.com. We’ll work with you on scheduling and set you up with the ideal coach. From there, you simply pay your coach’s session rate for each workout when attending training sessions.
